<p>The invention discloses a group of SNP loci and the method for identifying biogeographic origins of East Asian populations, belonging to the technical field of gene identification. The method takes SNP molecular genetic markers as the object, systematically selects loci with high genetic differentiation among East Asian populations of Han nationality in Beijing, Han nationality in southern China, Dai nationality in Japan and Jing nationality in Vietnam, and constructs an efficient, simple and quick artificial intelligence model through XGBoot machine learning algorithm, which is used to analyze the biogeographic origins of the five East Asian populations. The invention provides a new method for analyzing biogeographic origins of different groups by using ancestry informative markers, and can provide more valuable information for forensic medicine and population genetics research.</p> |
